This month’s employee spotlight zeros in on Frank Holland, Traffic Acquisition Manager. We always enjoy bragging about our talented team, and Frank’s no exception.
Frank began working for eZanga back in 2009 and has been a staple here ever since. He manages an innovative team that’s “perfect” and has “solidly talented individuals”.
He’s so focused on witnessing his team succeed that he treats everyone like family. Frank believes personal connections and open dialogue are important traits for managers.
Even though he has a team of “gurus,” he still faces challenges in the workplace. Namely, his biggest challenge is managing the daily traffic quality changes.
Keeping up with these changes is so important to Frank that he made improving fraud protection his 2015 goal. He works on this by staying up-to-date through LinkedIn and industry blogs.
Outside the office, Frank enjoys training police service dogs and cheering for New York sports teams. He’s also actively trying to learn Russian. Good luck, Frank!
Frank says the frogs enticed him to work here. Jimmy Hoppa may have had some role in getting him here, but Frank stays “because of the people.”
Do you have any hidden talents?
“Sarcasm.”
What’s a typical day like for you?
“A typical day has a lot of meetings, a lot of conference calls, and a lot of troubleshooting.”
Describe eZanga in one word.
“Frogtastic.”
